FWD SG: A Comprehensive Insurance App for Policyholders
FWD Singapore has launched its new FWD SG app, a one-stop platform that provides policyholders with easy access to various features. The app is available for Android users and can be downloaded for free. With this app, policyholders can view their policy details, retrieve policy documents, and check when their policy is expiring or up for renewal with just a tap of a button. The app also has a workshop/clinic locator feature, which enables users to locate the nearest car or motorcycle workshop or clinic for themselves or their maids.
One of the most exciting features of the app is its tele-medicine service, which allows users to consult a doctor virtually or with their e-card. If a user falls sick while travelling overseas, they can see a doctor in Singapore with ease. Upon returning to Singapore, users can flash their e-card at the clinic to enjoy cashless payment of up to S$500. The app also has a chatbot named Faith, which can answer any questions regarding policies or products. Additionally, policyholders can stay updated on the latest announcements, travel news, exciting financial and insurance knowledge, and promotions and launches on the app's blog.
